Dustin Munroe

My name is Dustin Munroe and I am a history major at Colorado State University.  I have always loved spending time in the great outdoors, especially in our country’s national parks and monuments.  A couple of semesters ago, I took a course at CSU entitled “History of America’s National Parks.”  It really opened my eyes to the ideology behind the establishment of national parks and the challenges that the National Park Service faces.  I hope that our Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument website will serve as an educational and enjoyable resource for anyone that is interested in international border parks.
