Caitlin Krasner

I am graduating with a major in History and minor concentrations in Political Science and Journalism. My future includes law school and a wildly successful career in civil rights law or consumer advocacy.

I chose this capstone seminar on Organ Pipe National Monument because I have always been interested in environmental history, however, I never could have anticipated how rich the history of the region could be or how compelling the implications of it are for current affairs. Organ Pipe is truly a case study of history in motion and I am thrilled that our class has the opportunity to share our research on this fascinating region, and hopefully, inspire further scholarship by others.
